We invite photographers, artists, scientists, environmentalists, enthusiasts and community in general, to showcase their work, share their ideas, and connect with a like-minded community. Recommended Video Format:

  • File Format: MP4 (H.264 codec)
  • Resolution: 1920×1080 (Full HD) or 3840×2160 (4K)
  • Frame Rate: 24fps or 30fps (consistent throughout the video)
  • Bitrate:
    • Full HD: Minimum 10 Mbps (recommended 16-20 Mbps for higher quality)
    • 4K: Minimum 35 Mbps (recommended 50 Mbps)
  • Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (standard for widescreen displays)
  • Audio Format: AAC, 48kHz, stereo
  • Duration: Maximum 4 minutes per submission (unless otherwise specified)

Submission Guidelines:

  • Files should be uploaded to a designated cloud storage platform (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer).
  • Ensure that file links are set to “view and download” permissions.
  • All submissions must include a project description document (PDF format) with:
    • Title of the project
    • Brief description (200-300 words)
    • Technical details (camera, audio equipment used, editing software)
    • Credits (if applicable)

Our events are designed to engage and inspire

  • Audiovisual Presentations: One To Change is a one and a half hour Slideshow where Participants showcase multimedia projects of 30-40 photos in a 3-4 minute visual storytelling format with music or narration.
  • Sustainable Community Dinner (Optional): Guests bring dishes made from local, sustainable ingredients, fostering connection and shared values.
  • Workshops and Networking: Interactive sessions on visual storytelling, sustainability, and social impact.
  • Exhibition and Marketplace: A showcase of sustainable products, services, and artistic works.

Who can participate in One To Change?

The event is open to photographers, visual artists, filmmakers, scientists, environmentalists, and sustainability enthusiasts who wish to showcase their work and contribute to a greater environmental awareness.

What type of audiovisual material is expected?

We are looking for high-quality visual content, with a duration no longer than four minutes, that addresses sustainability and environmental topics, including:

  • Photography (nature, conservation, climate action, community projects).
  • Short films and documentaries.
  • Digital art and visual storytelling related to sustainability.
  • Interactive installations and mixed media presentations.
  •  All submitted material must align with the core themes of environmental conservation and awareness.

What are the commitments of participants (exhibitors)?

Participants are expected to:

  • Submit original, high-quality material that aligns with the event’s themes.
  • Provide a brief description and context of their work for inclusion in event materials.
  • Be available for interviews, Q&A sessions, or panel discussions if requested.
  • Promote their participation in One To Change through their own channels and networks.
  • Meet all deadlines for submission and technical requirements for their work.

What commitments does One To Tree have as the event facilitator?

One To Tree acts solely as the facilitator of the event, and its commitments include:

  • Providing a platform to showcase participants’ work within Sustainability Community framework.
  • Offering technical guidance and assistance for proper presentation of audiovisual content.
  • Promoting the event through social media, press, and partner networks.
  • Ensuring a professional and collaborative environment for all participants.
  • Facilitating connections between exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees.

Is there a cost to participate?

Participation is free of charge, but selected exhibitors must cover their own costs related to travel, accommodation, and any additional materials required for their presentation.

How will the selected participants be notified?

Once the submission period closes, a selection and curatorial committee will review all entries. Selected participants will be notified via email with further instructions and logistics details.

Will there be any support for exhibitors during the event?

Yes, One To Tree will provide logistical support, including:

  • Technical setup for audiovisual displays.
  • Coordination of scheduled presentations.
  • Assistance with on-site promotion and visibility.

Can organizations and companies participate?

Yes, companies and organizations that align with sustainability principles are welcome to participate as sponsors, collaborators, or exhibitors showcasing their sustainability initiatives.

What are the deadlines for submission?

The deadline for submission of materials is 17/06/2025, and selected participants will be notified no later than 01/07/2025.
