• The climate clock is ticking.

Every second that passes, we lose fertile soil, biodiversity, and future possibilities.
The greatest challenge is not only to mitigate damage but to regenerate the territories that sustain us.
The time to act is now.

THE PLANET NEEDS COMPANIES THAT LEAD

What if the real business was to regenerate life?

For every 1,000 trees your company plants with us, we plant 1,000 more.
It’s time to move from sustainability to regeneration. Change starts with you.

  • A living network to restore Our Forests.

For every 1,000 trees you plant, One To Tree plants 1,000 more.

We create living networks among companies, municipalities, universities, and communities.

Every tree is tracked, georeferenced, and cared for to ensure its growth.

Together, we regenerate soils, reconnect ecosystems, empower communities, and rebuild our bond with nature.

¿What is RETO1000x1000?

  • RETO 1000 x 1000 is an initiative led by One To Tree, which calls on companies, local governments and communities, universities and academia to join a collective effort to reforest and restore ecosystems in Colombia.
  • For every 1,000 trees planted by a company or institution, One To Tree will plant an additional 1,000 trees, doubling the company’s environmental impact and commitment.
  • The goal is to initially mobilize 50 companies and partners to plant 100,000 trees by the year 2025, generating environmental, social, and economic benefits in the areas where the program is implemented, and 1,000,000 trees by the year 2030, with more than 500 companies involved.

In the face of the global climate emergency and the accelerated loss of ecosystems in Colombia, the RETO 1000 x 1000 seeks to create a network of concrete action in the territories, promoting ecological restoration, carbon capture, the protection of water sources, and the generation of green jobs through inclusive processes with local communities.
